Terms & Ordering Policy — Affections Unleashed
1. Place Your Order
Visit our online store and choose your desired product type. Our most popular choice is the 11oz coffee mug, with other sizes and tumbler options may be available soon. Select any additional options, category style, custom name. Add your choice(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Important Notes & Disclosures:
- Base prices shown include: 11oz mug, your chosen personal image, one name, printing and sublimation of your pet’s portrait onto our standard 11oz white mug. Special requests will be considered. Requests must be discussed prior to placing order to insure capability and proper pricing.
Additional Options
Additional mug sizes (15oz, 20oz), styles, and color (15oz red) will be available soon.
Please note that variations outside of the standard 11oz white mug may incur an additional cost.
Pricing for specialty options will be confirmed prior to production.
- Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
- Discounts must be entered at checkout (when they occur), they cannot be applied
retroactively.
2. Secure Payment
Payments can be made securely using any major credit or debit card only. We do not accept payments with Apple Pay, PayPal or G Pay. Once processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Your personal credit or debit cards are the only form of payment to be accepted..
Disclosures:
- Orders are not started until payment clears.
- Full card information is not stored; transactions are securely processed.
- Suspicious or declined payments will pause the order until resolved.
3. Send Your Pet’s Photo
After placing your order, you will receive an email with instructions for uploading your photo(s) and adding any text (e.g., your pet’s name or a certificate award title). Ensure your uploaded photo is clear, well-lit, and high resolution for best results.
Photo Guidelines:
- Use original, high-quality images (no screenshots or blurred photos).
- Your pet’s full face should be visible and in focus.
- You must own the rights to the image.
- We cannot use copyrighted, offensive, or inappropriate content.
Disclosure:
We may crop or edit images to fit design templates, but cannot improve very poor-quality photos. If your photo cannot be used, we will contact you for a replacement. This may delay production.
4. Confirm Your Design (Proof Approval)
A digital proof of your custom design will be emailed to you for approval. This includes your pet’s photo, name, and any text or layout choices.
Disclosures:
- Please verify spelling, text accuracy, and image choice.
- Approval confirms acceptance of design as shown.
- Major design changes after approval may incur additional fees.
- Printing begins only after proof approval.
Design Approval Requirement
Before production can begin, you will receive an emailed proof of your custom mug design. You must reply to that email with written approval confirming that the layout, photo, spelling, and design details are correct.
No mug will be produced without documented approval.
Once approval is received and production begins, changes can no longer be made and the order becomes final.
5. Production Time
Once your proof is approved, production begins. Each mug is individually sublimated and quality-checked. Please allow up to 7 - 10 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays) from proof approval for production and shipping.

- Production times may vary during holidays.
- Slight color variations may occur due to monitor and printer differences.
6. Shipping & Delivery
You’ll receive a tracking email when your mug ships. Delivery times and costs depend on your location and selected carrier. Free shipping applies to orders of three or more mugs shipped to the same address on the same order.
Free Shipping Offer
Free shipping is available when you purchase three or more mugs on the same order.
All items must be included in a single transaction and shipped to the same address to qualify.
Disclosures:
- Shipping times are in addition to production time.
- We are not liable for courier delays due to weather or holidays. Consider needed arrival dates during important holidays, especially like Christmas.
- Ensure your address is correct; re-shipping may incur additional fees.
- If damaged in transit, contact us within 3–7 days with photos of the item and packaging for replacement.
7. Personalized Product Policy (No Returns)
Each mug is uniquely made for you. Therefore, all personalized orders are final once production begins. We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items unless there is an error or damage.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information and high-quality photos.
- Review your proof carefully before approving.
- Verify all text and name spellings before production.
Replacement Policy
If your item arrives damaged, contains a misprint, or has a design error, you must provide photo proof within 3-7 days of delivery to request a replacement.
Approved replacements will be produced using the original design submitted and confirmed at the time of ordering.
No alterations or redesigns will be made to the original artwork for replacements.
8. Care Instructions
Your mug’s design is permanent and will not peel or crack. While dishwasher and microwave safe, we recommend hand washing for maximum longevity.
9. Questions or Special Requests
For special requests or help before ordering, contact us directly. We are happy to assist with multiple pets, text edits, or color theme adjustments. Custom requests outside of standard options may require additional time or fees, which will be clearly communicated before proceeding.
